The University of 91直播accepted the results of the March 2026 staff union election and is engaged in the good-faith bargaining process with CAUSE-UAW. Once a contract is negotiated, ratified, approved, and funded, its terms will apply to all employees who meet the eligibility criteria of the bargaining unit definition.
Regular University employees who are not within the certified bargaining unit are not represented by CAUSE-UAW and continue to be covered by University and Board of Regents policies and procedures.
